Marathon runners choose different types of shoes depending on the running pattern, distance and speed. When I tried Materialise Phits Insoles with different type of shoes, I felt no discomfort. Moreover, after I ran with Materialise Phits Insoles more than 20 km, I even felt even no fatigue in my foot! Normally after long distance running, my ankles used to get stiff and I used to start walking unstable.
